This renovation of a 40-year old warehouse into a co-location, internet hub, communications facility included the evaluation and strengthening of the existing structure, removal and replacement of over half of the roof area, a new south façade as well as other architectural upgrades. Also included in the scope was the installation and support of base building conduit, switchgear, and other equipment. The work was completed as part of a fast-track design/build contract.
