The project consists of a 47-story residential tower with condominium units and a luxury hotel, a two level café building, three levels of parking, three luxury villas, a large auto court and a garden. The condominium portion of the project includes approximately 35 luxury units on 36 levels. The hotel includes 137 keys on ten levels, a 19,000 gsf luxury spa, exercise pool, banquet and meeting facilities, and restaurant. The base of the facility includes approximately 40,000 gsf of elevated motor court and gardens. The structure includes column transfers on several levels. An innovative composite steel and concrete truss system is utilized on the main transfer level. The project was delivered using a fast-tracked design and production schedule including a staged GMP process.
