Principals

KSi’s team is lead by three experienced dedicated design Professionals:

• Mr. John Hann, PE
• Mr. Christopher E. Reddick, PE, SE
• Mr. Kurt D. Swensson, PhD, PE

All three are founding members of the firm and represent over 60 years of experience in structural engineering consulting. All Principals are actively involved in the development, design, supervision, and management of projects. From our founding, KSi has been structured with sufficient support and IT infrastructure to allow the Principals of the firm to concentrate an average of 80% of their time on project specific issues. Ultimate reponsibility for every project completed by KSi, no matter its size, is assigned to a firm principal.  KSi’s dedication to putting these professionals with technical experience, expertise, and the responsibility to make decisions in the “trenches” of each project yields better designs more efficiently and effectively.
